Man I hate using CSS. You could always make the fonts downloadable from your home page and post a message stating that to optimally view the site you need these fonts. It's a stretch, but it would work.

I design websites for a living, and like Private Hell said, I'll help however I can too.

<font size="2" face="verdana, arial">That would be a possibility, but I doubt anyone would go through such a hassle and d'load a font to have a website displayed properly...at least I have not come across any website that actually demands that.
And in times of vicious viruses people think twice when they are told to download a funny looking file...especially the less-experienced computer/internet users wouldn't have a clue where to put this file anyways! ;-)

I can really use your help out there. I just spent the last several weeks creating my band's new website. I tested it this morning and it works on my computer just fine, but on another computer, the fonts dont look right and the spacing and layout is wrong. If you have time, please visit the site www.deadbeatsinatra.com
and email me what you think about it. If something doesnt look right to you then it probably isnt supposed to be like that. All comments would be welcomed.

I go the issues worked out now. It doesnt quite look like i wanted it to but its pretty close. The resolution of the text turned to an image file is not perfect, but i like that effect that it creates with that slight white border. The only thing that seems to not work right now is the guestbook. Is anybody having any problems with the music files or the photos loading? Im considering making an alternate low bandwith version that leaves the background music out of it so when you enter the site, you have a choice. Is that worth it?

I like the site design.. easy to navigate and a clean design. Nice work. Also some great tunes! ;o)

I use dreamweaver for site design, it's not so hard to use... if you stick to the basics, ALSO you don't get all the extra code that can tend to lag your site, like you do with Frontpage.

    Good luck!
